Gig is intrigued by different methods of creating surreal and contemplative visuals. In her artwork
Jelly-wom, she employs digital imagery and video to twist the all-too-objectified process of female
reproduction into a whimsical fairy tale narrative. She invites the viewer to imagine our liberation from
the constraints of our physical bodies.
